Part 4: Terms & Condition |
|
|
- A confirmation of registration will be sent to you upon receipt of registration form.
- A full payment must be received by 1st October 2012.
- For international participant, payment link gateway will be sent to you by email after you have submitted your online registration form
- For local participant, you are required to transfer the payment through local bank transfer. Account number will be provided to you after you have completed your online registration form. A copy of your remittance advice MUST be sent to our office for identification of payment.
- We reserve the right to refuse admission if full payment is not received on time.
- Substitutions may be made at any time but please advise the Conference Committee of a change of name.
- If you find it necessary to cancel the registration completely, please notify the Conference Committee immediately.
- It is regretted for registrations cancelled after Friday 31st August 2012, or for no-shows at the conference, the full fee (100% cancellation charges) will be payable.
